My review of Clockwork Phoenix 2: More Tales of Beauty and Strangeness, edited by Mike Allen, appears in this month's issue of SFRevu. I particularly enjoyed Tanith Lee's story, which is set in her Flat Earth universe. Please note, too, that this is yet another book published by yet another SF/F/H small press, Norilana Books. Truly, this genre is blessed with excellent small presses publishing wonderful books that would otherwise not be available. These days, I seem to read more small press books than anything else, because it's where I can find the weirdest fiction. If you want something truly different, that's the place to go.
